ABOVE are our first two winners of the Most Improved Award. 

The reasons of nomination for June and Jo are as follow:

"For June: 在过去的两个月不仅完成了CC6和CC7两项演讲，还积极的做演讲点评角色，参加了英文幽默演讲比赛。演讲水平和点评水平都有较大进步。个人潜力进一步得到挖掘。

For Jo: 在过去的两个月里接连挑战TME, GE, TTM这样的大角色。以惊艳的方式完成很多会员觉得非常难的CC5，此演讲的水平与以往相比有质的飞跃。并参加了两项俱乐部比赛，勇气可嘉。"

The following are some FAQs on this award.

-What is Most Improved Award for?

This award is intended to honour those members who have made the most widely recognised improvements in their communication skills and leadership skills through attending club meetings, making speeches and taking roles, during the given period; and to motivate more members to follow these paragons and try their best to take challenges and pursue personal growth in terms of comunication skills and leadership skills.

-Who will win this award? And how?

This award is to be given to TWO members EVERY TWO MONTH. To win this award, one must be (1) nominated by the executive committe of the club, and (2) receive the most and 2nd most votes from all voting members out of 5 nominees.

-What are the prizes?

The winners will:

1. be presented to the audience and receive a banner marked "[] Award" at the very first meeting of the next month after the two month period;

2. be publicised in this way and via the official QQ group email;

3. feel great, presumably.

In EOE Toastmasters Club, we value the efforts made by members to achieve self-improvements and to excel, and the results of such efforts. This award is merely a tiny bit of the whole picture of our mutual supportive mechanism and atmosphere.
